A message from our CEO, Darren Hawrish
To our dear customers, business partners, retailers, sales reps, staff, friends and family.
In following health advisories, please accept this notice of our business plans that follow some and hopefully leads more, in an effort to band together during these uncertain times to protect the health of people first and businesses second.
As a company we halted all travel two weeks ago and effective immediately we are implementing a work from home policy for all staff. We are fortunate as a head office, most everyone is able to continue their responsibilities from home. We are in communication daily with our production and logistics partners and our combined plan, as of today, is to continue servicing all clients and customers without interruption.
As of Monday morning we will be offering extended support to our retail partners. We are in this together. If we had our own stores I have no doubt we would implement temporary closure plans. So, if you are making that choice yourselves we will work through inventory, orders and cash flow with you as a partner.
We will continue monitoring developments on a daily basis and we may amend or extend these policies in the near future depending on how conditions change. For now, we encourage all customers and industry to band together, to support each other with a people first, business second initiative.
